I first met James...

 

I met James in a tutoring trailer at college in the spring of 2000.  We were both in Beta Alpha Psi and part of the requirements of the club was to tutor lower level accounting students.  I was new to Beta Alpha Psi and James immediately took me in under his wing.

 

Memorable moments...

 

I can't narrow this down to one so here's a few that come to mind:

 

•Rafting on Memorial Day weekend just after graduation

•Taking a trip to Napa Valley

 

•James and Marwan driving all the way up to Portland to visit me

 

•Going out to visit James in New York

 

Also, I'll never forget the good times of just hanging out like boys.

 

Forever in our hearts...

 

First of all, these are not my last words to you.  We will see each other again.  What I can say now is that my life here on earth was blessed to have known you.  I loved you like a brother and you will always be remembered.  There are many things you taught me in life, such as having confidence in yourself, setting high goals and never resting until you achieve those goals.  You were also a breath of fresh air with your understanding of other people's issues.  The good times we had will always be a part of my life.  I love you and take care until we meet again brother.
